The buildings and grounds of S. Clement's Church are used for a variety of purposes. Several organizations use S. Clement's spaces, including:
Founded by Sharon McGinley and Marion Campbell, Eddie's House seeks to provide support and resources for its youth., providing 2 year transitional supportive housing for 18-26 year olds. The Eddie's House community provides a safe, nurturing environment for youth who have aged out or have been in the foster care system, and helping them to flourish and grow into young Adulthood.
S. Clement's in pleased to be partnered with Eddie's House in it's mission, housing several young people in the Clergy House since 2017.
Clementine Montessori is a mixed pre-school & kindergarten Montessori school program, which since 2010, has been located on the top floor of the Parish House. The school is comprised of almost 50 students, 12 staff members, and a variety of specialists. Their enrichment opportunities have expanded to include music, art, Spanish, and gardening. Classroom activity is complemented by Clementine Clubs and Extended Day programs, a Montessori-inspired after school program. In the summer months, Clementine Montessori continues with Hand in Hand parent-child program as well as Camp Clementine.
Choral Arts Philadelphia
"Choral Arts Philadelphia is an ensemble of professional and avocational musicians. Inspired by the works of J.S. Bach, we present historically informed performances, explore new music, and engage the community in innovative ways. "
S. Clement's has been pleased to partner with Choral Arts, particularly in hosting the Bach @7 Program, semi-weekly concerts in which the choral work of J.S. Bach is skilfully brought to life by talented Philadelphia musicians. Additionally, Choral Arts has partnered with S. Clement's to host a number of small chamber concerts and other special projects.
